Dogs Playing Poker

The Effect:

You display cards with pictures of dogs on them. One is selected and set aside. One by one, the other dogs retreat into their doghouses. The spectator suspects that the doghouses are on the back and you're just turning the cards over. You then reveal that the dogs are not on the back. There are CATS on the back of every card! Where have the dogs gone? You guessed it... you turn the card over that was previously set aside and it shows the dogs playing poker!

Disclaimer: This effect requires a custom-printed gaff cards. Instructions are provided for making simple and inexpensive versions. However, knowledge of and experience in card-splitting and/or other techniques for creating/printing custom-made gaff cards are recommended if a professional quality card is desired.
